For participants who have taken Part 1 courses in ESL, Kindergarten, Special Education and Reading

In an effort to assist AQ course participants, OECTA is contemplating expanding our AQ offerings by running Part 2 of these courses during the upcoming winter session. If enrolment is sufficient, we would then run the Specialist Course in the Spring.  

This is being undertaken to facilitate obtaining your specialist, provided you meet the teaching experience requirements, in the current academic year. 

The Part 2 course would run from January 7 through March 8. This short time frame is similar to the timeframe of our Spring courses. It would be important to keep this in mind, in deciding whether or not you wish to enrol.
