Collective Bargaining UPDATE
In
April, the Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation (OSSTF) negotiated a
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the provincial government. Their
agreement contained a number of provisions that could be considered as
enhancements to the OECTA MoU. After discussions with the government over the
applicability of the ‘me-too’ clause, agreement has been reached, which will
